Our Founder

My commitment to a plant-based lifestyle is deeply personal. I have Lupus and have learned to manage my condition by converting to a plant-based diet. My professional background is also in public health, where I supported clients on improving their health outcomes by incorporating more whole, plant-based foods into their routines.

I developed Sustainable Snacks while working across multiple public health programs without time to break for a meal. I needed a product that would fill me up and fuel my personal efforts. My clients and colleagues quickly caught on to my homemade, nutrient-dense confections and wanted to be able to purchase snacks for themselves. That’s when Sustainable Snacks were born!
