It’s officially the 2020 holiday season. As with all things this year, the way we celebrate and come together must take a new shape. We are tasked with forging new traditions and finding new ways to connect. We’ve been connecting digitally for the past 10 months and have learned “Zoom fatigue” is real. With this sentiment in mind, we’ve come up with a handful of ways to stay centered and keep in contact this season.
It’s Thanksgiving week and, as promised, we are sharing some new recipes that we developed to celebrate the season and foster connection, despite the strange and socially distanced times. We hope you enjoy our dishes, which highlight the abundance of root vegetables and one of our favorite superfruits, cranberries, now in season.
It is hard to believe that there is just over a week until the official start of the holiday season. 2020 has been quite the year - to put it mildly - and this year’s holidays are sure to look different than usual. We decided to create a special holiday menu for our community thinking that, by sharing in the same menu, we can feel more closely connected while physically apart. Today we are sharing our starter, Harvest Salad with Maple Dijon Vinaigrette.

While there may be no trick-or-treating this year, we’ve come up with the perfect way to celebrate Halloween safely at home. We’ve paired our favorite family friendly Halloween movies with delicious, plant-based snacks and treats!
