A Fresh Start to The New Year
The New Year is the perfect time for a fresh start! Whereas a resolution is predicated on giving something up or incorporating an extreme healthy lifestyle change for 30 days, the notion of starting fresh presents us with endless opportunities to incorporate healthier, positive behaviors into our routines. Whether it’s starting a 10 minute a day meditation practice, adding more veggies to our plates or going to bed an hour earlier, these small lifestyle adjustments amount to significant, healthy change that can be sustained over time.

A Continued Celebration of The Season
In a continued effort to add some variety to your holiday menu, we’ve created two new recipes that celebrate the season. The first, Curried Lentil, Apple + Butternut Squash Soup, makes a great starter to a holiday dinner -- and leftovers can be served as lunch during the work week! Our second recipe, Cranberry Orange Loaf, has a texture that's nice and chewy and filled with both tart and sweet flavors. Serve slices as a wholesome holiday dessert or brunch addition.

Tips for Staying Connected and Centered This Holiday Season
It’s officially the 2020 holiday season. As with all things this year, the way we celebrate and come together must take a new shape. We are tasked with forging new traditions and finding new ways to connect. We’ve been connecting digitally for the past 10 months and have learned “Zoom fatigue” is real. With this sentiment in mind, we’ve come up with a handful of ways to stay centered and keep in contact this season.
